This message teaches us to trust God for the parting of our waters so to speak. It wasn't until Peter got out of the boat, stepped into the water that he begins to walk upon the water. God will not use us until we step out of our comfort zones. During Joshua’s time the priest had to place their feet in the water to bring the Ark of the Covenant over. The water was not going to part until they placed their feet first in the water. Notice this was an act of faith on their part and it will also be an act of faith on our part when we step out in faith.
