In the natural as long as a man is alive, his spirit dwells within his body, every action of his body is an expression of his spirit within him. So the actual existence and character of the spirit within the man even though invisible is clearly revealed or seen through the behavior and the actions of his body. So it is with the spirit of faith within a true Christian. The spirit of faith is alive and active, the Holy Spirit comes and dwells in the believer thus the life of Christ within the believer takes control of his whole nature, his desires, his thoughts, his words and his actions.
